Free standard shipping for orders over $100 is available to all 50 states including APO and FPO addresses and US territories which include: Washington D.C., Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific. Please note this does not include orders shipping to Canada.

**Canada has a $29.99 rate for USPS/Canada Post with extended delivery times and less risk of custom fees. The rate for Fed-Ex is $31.99 with faster delivery times but may incur extra fees. Custom duties that are applied are not covered by

Chic and Fly™.

All currency in USD.

***Alaska and Hawaii have FREE SHIPPING for all orders $100+, $12.00 flat rate shipping or $18.00 expedited shipping. These rates also apply to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Expedited Shipping:

If your order is placed on a weekday before 12 pm EST, our fabulous shipping team will have it processed within 3-5 business days ! 

 

If your order is placed over the weekend we will ship next business day! 

**Weekends are not counted as shipping days by most carriers.

Standard Shipping:

Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous shipping team works hard to get your order prepared  as we are a made to order shop.

*We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping again because we are a made to order shop and also during sale events and peak shopping days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package’s progress directly from the link in this email. 

If you don’t have an account, please get in touch with customer service. They would love to assist you! Just be sure to have your order number or the email used to place the order when you contact us! 😉

Missing Packages:

  • Please allow 24 hours from the time that the selected carrier shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.

  • If 24 hours has passed since the tracking shows as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to the selected carrier for further information.  

  • Please reach out to our customer support team via email, or social media messenger or chat within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with carrier information, so that we may further assist.

  • It is our policy to issue replacements or gift cards depending on product availability for lost orders. 


If you have had an order that shows as delivered in the past and this is your second lost package we will forward you to a manager for assistance in filing a claim with your selected carrier.

  • If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Chic and Fly at the time of purchase, Chic and Fly is not liable for mis-delivery.

  • If an order lost is over $200, an email will be sent for address verification before shipping any future orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want your shopping experience at Chic and Fly to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!


Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!

  • Merchandise may be returned for an e-Gift Card Code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. You may then apply this to your next order!

  • Returns should be postmarked 10 days from the delivery date.

  • All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tags still intact.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • An e-Gift Card Code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item.


Hassle-Free Returns

We know, returns can be a hassle. We’ve worked really hard to keep the returns process simple so you can stay FABULOUS.

 

Exchanges

We have a limited number of CHIC AND FLY styles featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange.  But don't worry, we feel your pain and love the items just as much as you do, and we’ll issue you a store credit as soon as possible!  If the right style is available in the correct size, you can use your new e-gift card to buy it!

 

Afterpay

Styles purchased with the Afterpay payment method are eligible for return for a gift card code as long as they are within our return guidelines. Placing a return will not alter Afterpay payments. Upon processing, the gift card code is immediately issued in the full amount of the return. So, you can immediately shop the new styles you love! If you would like any assistance with sizing, material and more for any item, please reach out to customer service! We would be happy to assist you!

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes CHIC happens ( Haha you see what I did there)  and you need to change or cancel your order.  We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately within three (3) hours of purchase! Please give us a call or reach out to us on social media. Please note our email response time can vary 1-2 days.  Once we begin to process your order (usually within 1-3 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
